HELLO SEPTEMBER!
2021 is zooming by. Can't believe September is already here, but it is starting off a little rough. Between Hurricane Ida, Afghanistan and dealing with the long lingering pandemic, I just want to crawl under my covers and sleep the world's problems away. However, I/we must continue to stay focus on our well being, our inner self. We must rise and forge through the tough times and take control of our situation before our situation take control of us.

I know it is a lot to deal with but, it is easier when you take the time to breathe and reset for a clearer and calmer mind.
RESET: It only takes a few minutes to do. I reset with a 10 minutes meditation every morning. Some mornings I take more time to write down my desires and practice visualization as I gaze out of my bedroom window while enjoying my cup of coffee in bed... This little time I take for myself make it a lot easier to get through the day.
